Little by little, humans are already losing their skills in creative writing by relying too much with AI whether it’s a school assignment or even at work. And now, there is another human skill that AI is gradually devouring: the ability to create creative visual arts and designs. It is very concerning and alarming how human skills are being buried on the ground by the pest called AI.

It makes me wonder what kind of future awaits here in a world where AI gradually absorbs the ability of every person to write, be creative, and design. According to the recent study conducted by Bandirma Onyedi Eylul University last April 2026, real human designs contribute more depth to narrative, cultural context, and creative originality. Something that AI could never create. Since AI designs were only a product of data analytics and algorithm based-systems. They could never recreate the creative ability of humans to create designs with real feelings, experiences, and raw skills.

Another thing is that even within schools, the use of ai-generated pubmats is becoming normal. It is disappointing because the responsible use of AI should come from the school, but now schools and even universities are also the initiators of using ai generated graphics. The real pest here is not only the AI, but also the people themselves. Every decision is up to them, if they let the skills they have be stolen because of relying on AI's quick help offering.

If we look at history, visual communication is one of the effective methods of conveying information as well as expressing thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Today, it no longer expresses any kind of human emotions. Some graphics nowadays are becoming more robotic and emotionless, because even if a hundred thousand years have passed, AI cannot never have emotions. He cannot make designs freely from his authentic self. They will always be a product of algorithms that humans also create. AI will always be a product of humans, but humans can never be a product of AI.

On the other hand, other people argue that no matter what control and advocacy is done, people will still really use something that can give them what they want in an easy way. But even though the life of humanity from uncivilized to modern life is gradually changing, people can always control what they have done. Just like how humans created AIs that used to be the only goal to guide each person, but now it's different because the AI themselves do things that only humans were capable of before.

The only solution to reduce this problem will come from man himself and not from AI. Don't let the talent fade away just because you'd rather use something that can generate everything you want in a minute than use the skills that you have.
